Strengthening growth ambitions: Virtual Minds appoints Sandra Assadi as Director Corporate Development

 

Freiburg, 14 June 2022: Virtual Minds, the leading European technology provider for programmatic advertising, is accelerating its further strategic corporate development. With effect from 1 May 2022, Sandra Assadi has been appointed to the newly created position of Director Corporate Development. Assadi, who comes from the Seven.One Entertainment Group, will focus on the topics and areas of future organisation and business model optimisation. She will report to Dirk von Borstel, Managing Director of Virtual Minds and CEO of Yieldlab.

Sandra Assadi (43) has many years of experience in the development of channel and format brands and their marketing in the B2C and B2B sectors. The brand and product management specialist began her professional career at MM Merchandising Media GmbH in Munich. After moving to the entertainment division of the ProSiebenSat.1 TV Group, she assumed responsibility for marketing and brand management for the Sat.1, kabel eins and sixx families of channels in senior positions. Most recently, Assadi was Director Corporate Marketing at Seven.One Entertainment Group, where she was responsible for the successful market launch and positioning of the new umbrella brand under which ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE bundles its station brands as well as its content, digital and marketing businesses.

At Virtual Minds, Assadi will focus in particular on the further organisational integration of the Virtual Minds subsidiaries Adition Technologies, The Adex and Yieldlab as well as the creation of suitable structures and processes to strengthen the company’s growth trajectory in the coming months.
