Freiburg, 27 August 2020. virtual minds group has a new man at the top of its marketing department. With effect from 1 August, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group technology holding company has promoted Michael Schleusner to Director Marketing. The former Head of Marketing at virtual minds subsidiary ADITION technologies AG, who will continue to fulfil this role, is now responsible for coordinating and managing the marketing and communication activities and teams of ADITION technologies, AdClear, The ADEX and Yieldlab in the DACH region across the Group. In this newly created position, Schleusner will report directly to Bernd Hoffmann, CEO of virtual minds AG.
Michael Schleusner (39) has around 20 years of digital and B2B marketing expertise, including from his entrepreneurial activities as founder and managing director of an online marketing start-up. The business economist started his corporate career in the healthcare sector at IKK Nordrhein, where he worked in B2B marketing from 2006. In 2009, he moved to IKK classic (Vereinigte IKK) as an online marketing officer, where he was responsible for setting up and expanding the entire online marketing division of the nationwide guild health insurance fund. In 2013, Schleusner shifted his professional focus to the adtech industry and to the Düsseldorf-based advertising technology specialist ADITION technologies (ad serving and, since 2020, demand-side platform (DSP)) and has since been responsible for all marketing activities of the media technology provider in the DACH region and the UK as Head of Marketing.
Schleusner’s activities in his new position as Director Marketing at virtual minds will focus primarily on the further brand profiling of the holding subsidiaries and the intensification of their customer and market communication.
